Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via cold calling, email, and social media to generate new business leads.
- Present our products/services to prospects, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
- Manage a high volume of daily outbound calls during the designated night shift hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Research the market to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (B2B experience is a strong plus).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
