Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the San Antonio area.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, activity, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage local events and promotional activities.
- Adhere to all company sales scripts, policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekday evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
