Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sales calls and close deals with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and identify opportunities.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of the evening market.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition of leads and information.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (retail or B2B sales preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for occasional local client visits).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
