Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and pipeline velocity.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, or a strong willingness to learn and grow rapidly in a commission-based role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
