Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and needs assessments to understand client requirements and demonstrate value.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and with the product team to ensure client feedback is looped back effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
