Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending products/services that best fit their goals.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and company promotions to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a high-energy environment.
- Manage inventory and keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior sales experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
