Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with B2B clients during evening hours across San Jose and surrounding areas
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and close high-value deals
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning
- Represent the brand professionally at client sites and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work night shift (typically 8 PM - 5 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
