Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new commercial clients across Houston metropolitan area
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations at business locations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upsell opportunities
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and closing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track pipeline and forecast revenue
- Provide weekly sales reports and market intelligence to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with executive-level prospects
