Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with high-value commercial clients during evening hours
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales metrics and pipeline health
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
