Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across Charlotte, NC and Virginia territories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent in-person prospecting and follow-ups
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client retention rate
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify new market opportunities and campaign strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows to generate qualified leads
- Provide weekly sales reports and actionable insights to leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with documented uncapped commission success
- Expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and closing complex enterprise deals ($50K+)
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40-50% across NC/VA territories
- Track record of achieving 120%+ sales quota consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote environments
