Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on the sales floor to identify needs and recommend products or services.
- Execute sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local Detroit community.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to maintain an organized and inviting environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
