Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
