Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Exceed daily/weekly sales targets with uncapped commission potential
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage inventory
- Create immersive shopping experiences for diverse clientele
- Build client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve store goals
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Participate in monthly sales training and product workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (PM-AM schedule)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math aptitude
- Strong work ethic with self-motivation in commission-based roles

- Valid Louisiana sales license (or willingness to obtain)
