Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify incoming leads and determine their fit for our product suite.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects within the Salesforce CRM.
- Present product demos and customized solutions to potential clients to address their specific pain points.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
- Document all customer interactions and account status updates accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (night shift experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining high energy levels.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
