Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a high conversion rate and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and facilitate upselling.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress, manage client data, and update activity logs accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate during night shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix office location.
