Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales calls and emails during night shifts.
- Build rapport with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
