Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons visiting the store during night hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and maintaining visual standards to ensure the store looks its best.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Support the management team with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security audits.
- Drive sales goals and proactively upsell products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
