Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with prospective clients across the PA and MD regions.
- Identify customer needs, present our products/services effectively, and overcome objections to close sales.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve overall team performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and positive brand reputation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated with a drive to earn a high income through a base + bonus structure.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed required.
