Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound leads during night shift hours.
- Present product and service solutions to prospective customers to drive sales growth.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce or CRM software.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to strategize and improve conversion rates.
- Document all customer interactions and account status accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call center or B2B environment.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting performance bonuses.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
