Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software quickly.
- Reliable transportation (for occasional on-site meetings if applicable).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a "hunt" mentality.
