- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Meet and exceed sales targets through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation in a high-volume retail environment
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure operational readiness for daytime operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Contribute to a safe, secure, and organized store environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or customer-facing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
- Valid California driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
