Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with store operations including security protocols and opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work consistent night shifts (including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and POS system experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
