- Execute efficient inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Operate point-of-sale systems with precision while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with night shift team to maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless overnight operations
- Contribute to store security protocols and loss prevention measures during low-traffic hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in retail or customer service environment
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Expertise in POS systems, inventory management software, and retail technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in overnight shift flexibility
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously during off-peak hours
- Valid New York State Salesperson License (if required by category)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
