Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact field sales across Dallas metropolitan area on weekends
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate product solutions to qualified prospects
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with sales team to share market intelligence and best practices
- Participate in weekend industry events and trade shows
- Report sales performance and pipeline to sales leadership weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
