What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage pipelines and track customer interactions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Close deals and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Conduct product demos and handle inbound inquiries.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
