Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
