Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within the West Coast market.
- Engage with qualified leads to understand pain points and present tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) to accurately track activity, forecast revenue, and update prospect records.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to align on messaging and strategy.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to refine objection handling and closing techniques.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
