Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Closing & Negotiation: Engage with prospects, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates into our CRM system in real-time.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine campaigns and with management to track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in outside sales or telesales with a history of exceeding targets.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter mentality with a hunger for uncapped commission and financial success.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional field visits if required).
