Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers to address their specific business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within the Salesforce CRM.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and resilience in rejection.
