Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours to expand client base
- Present product solutions through in-person meetings and tailored demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales activities
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with consultative approach to sales
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse client profiles

- Willingness to work Tuesday-Saturday evenings (typically 3 PM - 11 PM)
