Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and update CRM systems accurately with prospect information.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional on-site meetings).
