Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve overall regional goals.
- Manage product inventory and ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required – we train!
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
