Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions to close high-value sales.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment and answering product inquiries with confidence.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads to expand our client base and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Transaction Management: Process sales orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s image and values by adhering to dress codes and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and some weekday evenings.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a strong desire to earn more based on performance.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
