Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to qualified prospects.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Document all customer interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for high performers.
