Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive outreach and consultative selling techniques.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets (KPIs).
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, product presentation, and closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer records, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and inventory management during night shifts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (experience in night shift roles is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customer bases.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
