Responsibilities
- Conduct High-Energy Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling, face-to-face pitches to prospective clients in the Dallas metropolitan area.
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Utilize a robust lead generation system to identify and engage high-value business decision-makers.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and drive revenue growth to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with clients by demonstrating deep product knowledge and exceptional service.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and opportunities within the local region.
- Report & Analyze: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in outside sales, business development, or telesales.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Driverās License: Valid, clean driverās license required for client meetings.
- Communication: Superior verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, competitive nature, and the ability to work independently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
