Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
