Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting to identify potential leads in the SF metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers during evening hours.
- Present logistics solutions and negotiate contracts to close new business deals.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and internal CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation for evening client visits.
- Ability to work 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
