Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in the San Antonio area.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to industrial clients during evening hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Valid Class C Texas Driverβs License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
