Role Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients through high-volume outreach and face-to-face interactions. You will identify decision-makers, present our premium solutions, and close deals that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and outreach campaigns targeting B2B clients in the Denver and Virginia markets.
- Conduct outside sales presentations and product demonstrations to qualified prospects.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Attend nightly team huddles to review performance and align on strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Appointment Setting.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to thrive independently during night shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Denver and Virginia regions for client meetings.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
