Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads via phone and email to determine sales readiness and urgency.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage and update customer relationships in Salesforce and CRM databases accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaign follow-ups.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts within defined parameters.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer success.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet daily and weekly targets.
