Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales calls and prospecting activities during night shift hours.
- Generate new business leads and schedule face-to-face appointments with decision-makers.
- Present product demonstrations and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and follow-ups.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction to drive retention.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to strategize territory coverage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone voice.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a 'hunter' mentality.
- Willingness to travel within the El Paso and California territories as needed.
