Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Meet with potential clients to demonstrate products and services, effectively handling objections.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Travel within the local region to attend industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Must be willing and available to work night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
