Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads within the Dallas metro area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales over the phone and in person.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Outside Sales, B2B sales, or direct sales.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM CST).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
