Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through our advanced CRM system during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Present tailored product solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission opportunities on all deals
- Maintain detailed client records and pipeline metrics in Salesforce with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts for seamless handover of critical client information
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and quarterly performance reviews
- Utilize objection-handling scripts to overcome purchasing barriers and close complex deals
- Continuously update product knowledge through our weekly training modules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone/virtual channels
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated personality comfortable working independently during night hours
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and adjusting strategies
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation to Kansas City office
- Willingness to work rotating weekends during peak sales periods
