- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ring-ups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak holiday seasons.
