Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations to demonstrate our premium products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers in the Chicago market.
- Close sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track daily activity, sales metrics, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Outside Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
