Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle client objections to secure contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shift hours (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting aggressive sales quotas.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
