Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Jose territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track daily sales activities and manage pipeline data accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development (B2B sales preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
