Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Utilize inbound leads and outbound prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct high-volume phone calls and email outreach to present solutions and address client inquiries.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, finalize sales orders, and ensure a smooth handover to the fulfillment team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot to track pipeline progress.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
